Did you notice all the folders and files in your pendrive has turned into shortcuts ? :-(
Do not try to download any recovery tools, special anti-virus and spyware.
Just follow these simple steps and your data will be back
Open your command prompt. Start -> Run -> cmd
input the following command in your command prompt:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d f:\*.*
[ Replace “f” by the actual USB drive Ex: I, J, K ]
Now you’ll find all your data back, now you can delete the shortcuts, if any.
