Online Education Market
As you can see from above infographics, Ed-Tech companies are huge, and there is huge revenue potential in it.

It is also estimated that “Online Education Market” in India alone will be worth INR 360 Billion by 2024.
Simple/Sample Revenue Calculation
If we sell a DVD program(assume a “Comprehensive C Programming Course“) for $50, to 5000 people – we’ll be getting a revenue of $50 x 5000 = $250,000 ($250,000 x Rs 75 = Rs 1,87,50,000).
Above calculation is only for 1 DVD course. And we’re showing the revenue only for sales of 5000 units. We can sell it to a lot more people.
Some people might think $50 per DVD is a high end pricing. But its not. We’ll be providing detailed course – anywhere between 300 to 500 video tutorials, covering basics to intermediately to advance levels. For academics it suits the best – as we cover the academics related programs/topics in detail.
Some Expenses:
Paying the tutors, marketing cost, empty DVDs, outsourcing the packaging and writing the DVD, buying things like Computers, Mics etc. We won’t be buying computer and mic every month, so these expenses are mostly one time or once a year cost.
Getting People To Buy – Marketing
There are Billions of people(students and IT professions) online. We can simply make use of Facebook and Google Advertising effectively and get people to watch our free videos on our YouTube channel. We need to convert them to subscribers and loyal viewers. Usually loyal viewers are the one who keep buying our stuffs online.
Some people will simply buy the stuffs straightaway after looking at online(or offline) reviews. There are all kinds of people.
We also have plans to directly visit the schools and colleges and do the marketing stuffs offline, and generate more revenues. But that will be decided(and fine tuned) in the future, as we hire marketing guys.

How To Invest?
We want to make use of blokchain for this – as we want fairness and transparency in the process. We have a total supply of 100k XTP. You can buy and sell our token XTP on any XRPL builtin DEX using apps like XUMM APP and/or xrptoolkit.

Buying and Selling On XRPTOOLKIT
1. Adding the issuer: Go to XRPTOOLKIT asset section – click on Custom Edit tab:
( Account -> Assets -> Custom Edit )
Enter the following details to add the issuer
Issuer: rHdkzpxr3VfabJh9tUEDv7N4DJEsA4UioT
Currency: XTP
Limit: 100000
Now click on Next button. This will open up a view which has all the details and a QR code to scan from your XUMM app. Once you scan and sign the sign request, the issuer will be added to your XRPTOOLKIT account.
2. Buy XTP token via xrptoolkit:
Go to Trade tab. Click on the trading pair selected by default. Now select XTP as Base, and XRP as Quote. You will see XTP in the Base currency list only if you’ve already added the issuer(Step 1).
You can hit the “Switch” button to toggle between the trading pair.
Now enter the number of XTP you want to buy and click on “Place buy order” button. You can also place limit order.
Note: Make sure to have enough XRP balance in your account to buy XTP with it.
Caution:
People can buy and sell our token anytime on any XRPL DEX(Decentralized Exchange). Since such tokens are speculative, if you want to trade them you need to be very careful and do the research before making any trades.
Roadmap
1. Roadmap is rather simple – we want to keep producing more and more quality video tutorials and keep selling them to our target audience.
2. We will be building governance tool, wherein XTP holders can vote on various polls – for decision making.
For example:
i. Some community members(XTP holders) want to lower the price of any of our education DVD, so that more copies can be sold. Some might thing a premium pricing will be good. In such conflicts we can have a poll and voting. Whatever the out come of the vote, we’ll have to stick to it and move forward.
ii. For deciding on marketing budget etc.
3. We’ll hire people to expand the business.
Revenue Sharing
Now the most important part: We’ll be sharing 50% of the revenue generated by the sales of these academy courses. To begin with, we’ll be selling academy courses in DVDs. Later on, we’ll add more ways for people to buy our academy stuffs. Since online education is booming in India and in rest of the world, this can really be one of the very profitable business. We’ll be distributing the profits based on the number of XTP token the investor is holding in his XRPL DEX account(XUMM or XRPTOOLKIT).
We’ll be adding more revenue sources once we partner with placement companies, offline couching centers, certificate courses, conducting certificate exams etc. We’ll share 50% of the revenue we generate in all these things.
We will even be adding affiliate program. That way you can actively participate in sales process, and for each sales you bring in, you’ll get additional revenue.
