Write a C program to receive Cartesian co-ordinates(x, y) of a point and convert them into Polar co-ordinates(r, θ).

theta(θ) = atan(y/x);
where x and y are Cartesian co-ordinates.
atan() is the method in math.h library for calculating tan inverse.
degree = radian * (180.0 / PI);
